Sustainable Design

Our team has been designing sustainable MEP systems for decades, helping facilitate comprehensive LEED initiatives at all types of facilities over the years. The idea of “going green” is not new to us. In fact, we have always recognized the importance of environmental stewardship and building-system efficiency. Conservation of energy, power, water, and other vital resources is a key aspect of every project, not only creating cost savings for building owners, but enhancing the client’s image and helping protect our environment as well.

Renovation & Modernization

At EKFox, we are proud to bring our experienced MEP design services to renovation and modernization projects as well. While these projects can often present unique challenges, our team has consistently resolved them. As many as 75% of our projects involve the replacement, rehabilitation, renovation, or upgrade of MEP systems in such facilities. Even in facilities with little to no existing documentation, we’re uniquely able to analyze the site, make informed decisions, and deliver outstanding improvements with minimal impact to the facility’s ongoing operations.
